All suites have emergency call systems which residents may use to summons help in the event of an emergency. 

Fine Dining 

Meals are served to residents in the comfort of our dining room which overlooks the Villa’s garden and pond areas. Our Executive Chef and his trained staff provide 3 meals per day, with a 7 week menu rotation. Alternate selections are available at each seating, and special diet requirements can be accommodated.

Our resident Food Committee meets monthly, and ensures that menus meet the needs and preferences of all residents.

A Number of additional services are available at Seton Villa:

The entire penthouse is available at all times for use by residents. The penthouse is also the location for a number of activities and special events.
Seniors can choose to engage in conversation, survey the greater Vancouver area from all sides of the building, play a game of pool, work quietly on a puzzle, or read comfortably in our living room/library.
The bistro is open 24 hours a day, and is a great place for residents to mingle and invite guests to enjoy coffee, tea or cold beverages.
Our hair salon is open 4 days per week, and residents can enjoy the view while relaxing and getting their hair cut.

Gardens 

Residents and visitors can relax in the garden areas, count the fish in the fish pond, or plant their own garden area.

Seton Villa has its own pool and Jacuzzi area. Residents can engage in early morning exercises, or relax in the Jacuzzi pool. The computer room is available for enthusiasts to use the computer on their own, or to take computer classes
