All of Seton Villa’s suites are occupied. The best way to see a variety of suites is to attend a Tea & Tour day at Seton Villa. Seton Villa residents act as guides, touring visitors around the building, showing resident suites, and answering questions as they arise. 

Following a tour, visitors are invited to join us for tea in our dining room. Our Administrator and Office Manager talk to visitors about Seton Villa, and answer any questions. Visitors are encouraged to attend Tea & Tour days as much as possible. Where this is not possible, individual tours can be arranged.

All tours are held at Seton Villa, commencing at 1:30 pm.

A tea and tour takes approximately 1 – ½ hours.
