Michele Cook, Chief Executive Officer
The CEO is responsible and accountable for providing leadership in all aspects of the operation, ensuring that the strategic objectives as developed by the Board, and operational plans of the organization, are carried out. The CEO acts as a catalyst and communication link between the Board and Residents.
Michele Cook has been working at Seton Villa since 2017. She is passionate about two guiding principals: quality of life for residents and a happy and health place to work. She holds an Executive MBA from the Sauder School of Business and bachelor’s degrees in social work and science. In her spare time she enjoys being out in nature especially in beautiful BC.

Stephen Graham, Chief Operations Officer
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Seton Villa oversees key departments including Site Development, Building Operations & Maintenance, and Food Services. Reporting to the CEO, the COO ensures high-quality, resident-focused services aligned with Seton Villa’s mission of compassionate senior living. Dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors by ensuring dignity, comfort, and joy in their later years. A 20-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, he held leadership roles in logistics, operations, and planning. He is a graduate of the Canadian Forces School of Administration & Logistics and holds a Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) designation.

Susan Luo, Director of Finance
Susan is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a background in electrical engineering and broad experience in financial planning, staff development, and management across the public and non-profit sectors. She offers strong analytical skills and is deeply committed to supporting vulnerable seniors.
Committed to lifelong learning, Susan embraces technologies like artificial intelligence and advanced Excel to boost productivity and decision-making. Trained in lean production, she focuses on streamlining financial operations, developing efficient procedures, and improving reporting accuracy.

Renneth Puzon, Director of Care
Director of Care works closely with CEO and Seton Villa Leadership Team to make sure residents receive the best possible healthcare support. This role involves careful planning, organizing, and overseeing how care is delivered to ensure it meets the highest standards following Fraser Health Authority guidelines and meets the requirements outlined by Assisted Living Registry.
Renneth Puzon began her journey at Seton Villa in 2007. She takes pride in her work and is committed to ensuring that the care provided is always delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion to each resident.

Ann de la Hey, Associate Executive Director
Under the general direction of the CEO and in cooperation with the ALHS-Seton Villa Leadership Team, the Associate Executive Director will be a key leader in the organization by supporting the CEO and other key stakeholders to realize the mission and vision of Seton through leadership, administrative excellence, and organizational governance. The Associate Executive Director is responsible for contributing to a customer experience for Seton Villa residents that reflects exemplary customer service principles, fosters a high quality of life, and a positive work culture.

Ryan Lee, Executive Chef
Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Executive Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, menu planning, the preparation and serving of meals, the quality control of food handling, storage and production.
In addition, the Executive Chef supports and coaches staff. ensuring the maintenance and hygiene of work areas, planning, budgeting and payroll.

Ricardo Sumang, Manager of Building Operations & Maintenance
Provides oversight of all aspects of Seton Villa campus maintenance – mechanical, ventilation, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, fire safety/suppression and electrical systems. The Manager of Building Operations and Maintenance provides direct management and supervision of maintenance workers and housekeeping staff. The manager is also responsible for the procurement and negotiation of service contracts.

Jerlyn Nacu , Care Coordinator
Provides nursing care and treatment within the established Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) scope of practice in a manner that respects and maintains the spirit, dignity and individuality of the residents. Works with each residents and the assigned Community Health Workers (CHW) to ensure that established support plans are implemented and changed as required. Oversees the delegation of tasks and liaises with professional staff and families as required.

Nellmarie Uludag, Recreation & Leisure Program Lead
A dedicated leader in Therapeutic Recreation and a certified Eden Associate, she is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of seniors through community-focused programs that foster a strong sense of belonging. Nellmarie is especially proud of the low loneliness numbers and high internal volunteer engagement at Seton Villa. A strong advocate for lifelong learning, she believes that “It’s never too late to become what you might have been.” Fluent in three languages, Nellmarie embraces an active, outdoorsy lifestyle in her personal time.

Zlata Hurtic, Dining Room Manager
Under the general direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Dining Room Manager is responsible for coordinating all Dining Room activities in order to ensure that residents receive timely, quality service. Monitors residents’ attendance to ensure resident safety and they receive their meal service at the scheduled time. The Manager leads and supports the Dining Room Team by greeting residents as they enter the dining room, directing them to their tables, setting up tables, and serving residents their initial refreshments at their tables.

Laura Lovison-Perkins, Housing Coordinator
Under the general direction of the CEO, the Housing Coordinator is responsible for keeping occupancy at 100%, for promoting Seton Villa through advertising and relationships with service providers who connect older adults with supportive, affordable housing.
The position is part of a team to screen new residents, to welcome residents and their families, to ensure the necessary documentation is complete through the move in process including coordinating residents’ moving in/out or changing suites, establishing and administering lease agreements, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
