FOR COMFORT

Seton Villa offers 217 bright, thoughtfully designed suites ranging from studios to one-bedrooms (216–648 sq ft). Large windows and balconies fill the rooms with natural light and feature beautiful views of the Burrard Inlet and North Shore mountains.

Every suite provides the comfort of private living with the security of support close by, making it easy for residents to feel at home.

INDEPENDENT LIVING

Independent Living at Seton Villa provides residents with everything they need to feel at home. Fourteen of our nineteen floors are dedicated to independent living, and each room includes an incredible view. Meals, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities and basic cable are provided. Some suites have kitchens/kitchenettes for those who prefer to cook for themselves. Additional care is available should resident’s needs change, and each resident is provided with an emergency response system.

ASSISTED LIVING

In partnership with Fraser Health, Seton Villa offers 28 Assisted Living suites. The application process and waitlist are managed through Fraser Health.  Fraser Health Community Health Nurses determine eligibility for Assisted Living, which generally includes a need for some care services. Meals, housekeeping, and wellness and leisure programs are also included. Seton Villa does not provide Long-Term Care.
