Seton Villa’s recreation programs are designed to bring people together. From arts and crafts to choir, dancing and exercise classes, residents can explore their interests while staying active and engaged.
Our recreation and wellness team tailors programs to residents’ interests and well-being, fostering creativity, connection and joy. A dedicated kinesiologist leads classes such as strength and balance, AquaFit and one-on-one sessions, helping promote mobility, fall prevention, and active aging.
Seton Villa’s person-centered programming has been recognized by the BC Care Providers Association for its innovative approach to reducing loneliness and enhancing community life.

DINING
Residents enjoy three fresh, homemade meals daily in our bright dining room. Our culinary team prepares menus from scratch using fresh, nutrient-rich ingredients and accommodates a wide range of dietary needs. The rotating five-week menu offers variety and alternate selections, and meals are served by friendly staff who make every dining experience warm, welcoming, and social.
CARE SERVICES
At Seton Villa, care and support are available around the clock. Our team is on site 24 hours a day and ready to respond to any situation, day or night. Every resident receives an emergency pendant that connects directly to our Care Department for immediate assistance.
Residents may access both subsidized care services (through a Fraser Health Case Manager) and private-pay services provided by Seton Villa’s trained staff. Support can be tailored as needs change, age in place, and to continue living comfortably and independently.
